Retained Search

Retained Search is a focused, proactive method of recruitment. It is a direct approach to identify and attract the best candidates across all sectors, functions and regions. There are specific occasions where GRS strongly recommend the use of advertising - these include unusual location roles, high volume recruitment and company branding activities.

With advertised selection, the GRS Group research and provide advice on the most appropriate advertising media. We then book, write and design the advert in liaison with the client.
