As a dynamic and rapidly expanding international executive search company, GRS is always looking for the most talented people to join our team. We have a refreshing approach to recruitment, and have grown organically, in just over 6 years, to 110 employees across 3 continents.

The GRS Group specialise in placing mid to senior professionals within Risk, Legal, Interim and Tax into major organisations across the globe. We currently have offices in London, Brighton, Munich, Paris, New York, Zurich and Hong Kong and are looking to expand our international focus in 2008.

We know that skills and experience are important, but believe that personality and attitude are even more so, particularly if you're interested in becoming one of our consultants. We're keen to hear from confident and motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, recruitment/sales experience, with a commitment to offering an exceptional standard of professional service. Due to our global expansion plans, foreign language skills are preferable though not essential. What is vital is a strong desire to become an expert, if indeed you're not already recognised as one.
