We have a very exciting permanent opportunity for a lawyer with funds and/or derivatives experience. This is an ideal role for a lawyer who is looking for a varied, challenging and highly lucrative position within the London office of an established and extremely successful international asset manager. Applicants must be qualified lawyers and must have funds and/or derivatives experience from either a leading private practice firm or from an In-House Legal team within the Financial Services Sector. This role offers the rare opportunity to handle both funds and derivatives work rather than having to specialise in just one of these areas. The role also offers the benefits associated of working for a smaller legal team in that you will have the opportunity to diversify beyond funds and derivatives as the business demands it . However, sound technical experience and understanding is essential for the role. This client offers a highly competitive total remuneration package when compared to others within the sector.Due to their increased workload, our client wants this lawyer to join them as soon as possible and certainly by the start of February 2009.
