Legal Advisor
A world class bank is looking for a lawyer to join its retail banking team. The role will sit within their personal Financial Services (PFS) team and will report directly to the deputy head of legal. A good knowledge of banking law is essential. A good working knowledge of consumer credit and consumer finance products would also be beneficial as the team looks after the following products: bank accounts, mortgages, credit cards, loans and savings products. Expert drafting skills and sound knowledge of the regulatory environment that financial services businesses operate in are necessary. The ability to work with minimal supervision, but also as a member of a team and with attention to detail is important.
