Our client is  looking for a  dual Luxembourg /UK  qualified lawyer  with restructuring and distressed investments experience  to join  their London office.

The role will involve advising London based international companies within the Financial Services Sector on their investments in Luxembourg. The work  covers a broad range of investments  including  commercial real estate funds and debt to distressed corporate debt and turnaround financing as well as private equity business acquisitions out of distressed situations.  This role will entail acting on the acquisition, financing and resolution of distressed businesses and assets. Due to the nature of this work there will be an element of travel involved.
