Employee Share Plan Lawyer
| Our client, a leading asset management company are seeking an interim employee share plan lawyer. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful company in a challenging and interesting role working in a team of 7-8. The role will include: · Support globally for HRBPs· Compensation/Payroll and Share Plan Administration with complex share and loan plan programme and compromise agreementsThe successful candidate will have responsibility for discussions/negotiations with solicitors acting for redundant employees to achieve a signed compromise agreement (UK)/termination agreement (other locations) as well as being responsible for setting up and following a robust settlement process including loan offset process, share vesting and exercise, payroll and global payroll withholding and reporting to deadlines consistent with the signed compromise agreements. Candidates will also be expected to produce management information.Candidates should have at least 3 years professional experience within employment law and must have extensive experience working with employee share plans and would ideally have in house experience.Strong interpersonal skills are a must due to the nature of the role as is a high level of computer literacy, especially in regards to Excel and data management. |
