ISDA negotiator
Our client, a very well known Investment Manager requires an ISDA negotiator to join them on a permanent basis. To be considered for this role you should already have prior experience of negotiating prime brokerage agreements, ISDA agreements and other derivatives documentation. Candidates with around 2 years' experience may be well suited for this role but, of course, candidates with more or less relevant experience will also be considered. An Investment Banking or Prime Brokerage background is likely to be advantageous.This role involves a heavy element of negotiating with Investment Managers and Broker Personnel as well as handling negotiations from start to finish. You should be confident and capable of working with minimal supervision.As there is an element of this role which involves liaising with people outside of the immediate team and also outside of the business, you should have good communication skills and should be good at building and maintaining relationships.This is an excellent opportunity to gain permanent work in the current market and to settle in to a very busy and well supported team.
