This is an opportunity for a Senior Manager in Transfer pricing to join this industry leading professional group and continue in their development in a stimulating and challenging environment.  You will be working in a fast growing, dynamic environment with like-minded people who are at the forefront of their chosen field. Responsibilities include:

• Advise top Spanish and WW clients on transfer pricing.
• Provide added value to the client with your capabilities for designing and implementing transfer pricing policies, perform value chain restructuring, inspection defense, mutual agreement procedure, Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs).
• It is a must having experience in managing multi country transfer pricing projects.
• Identify links between transfer pricing and other areas of taxation (VAT, Customs, etc).  High finance and accounting understanding.
• Understanding the value chains of companies in different industries.

Qualifications include:

• Economics and/or Law/Tax bachelor degree with at least a base in International Tax.
• 8-12 years in TP consulting environment required. Experience in European countries a high plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Excel preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English language. Cambridge Proficiency or equivalent a plus.
• Strong business acumen and market awareness.
• Coaching and People management skills
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Management.
• Soft skills such as Clients’ relation abilities, Communication and Emotional intelligence.
