GRS leader makes business women of the future shortlist - again

Lucinda Brown, who heads up the legal division of GRS, has made Real Business’ women of the future shortlist in the ‘Business Women’ category. She is one of six women shortlisted for the accolade and the only recruiter to make the shortlist of Britain’s top female business talent in 2008. In July this year Lucinda was also nominated one of Management Today’s top 35 women under 35. At the age of thirty four, Lucinda Brown is an integral member of a management team that has been responsible for growing executive search and selection consultancy GRS, from a small risk recruitment company based in Brighton, to a multi million pound business operating on a global scale. Lucinda personally launched both the legal division and GRS’s French operations based out of Paris, and was part of the team that completed a management buy-out of the company earlier this year.

The Real Business awards identify female role models under the age of 35, and require the candidate to show drive and passion for their profession, as well as business acumen. Lucinda is an inspirational leader and her team have repeatedly smashed targets under her steer. The legal division has built a portfolio of over 150 of the world’s top law firms in under 3 years.
