GRS today announces the appointment of Ken Brotherston to the position of Group CEO, further strengthening its Management team.

Ken has over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry - as a Director of Robert Walters, a member of the Global Operating Committee of Korn/Ferry International, the world’s largest executive search firm and, most recently, Chairman of Morgan McKinley Group. He has also held a number of non-executive positions within other businesses in the human capital services sector.

As Group Chief Executive, Ken will take responsibility for the overall direction and strategy of the business. He will work with the management team in the creation and implementation of operational activities to see GRS Group achieve its goals of growth into new sectors. Dan Chester and Richard Paisley, the founders of GRS Group, will continue as Executive Directors of the business and will be focusing on international development.
