Working on a freelance consulting basis for a Global Bank the job holder will be responsible for developing and maintaininga framework for the management of insurance, credit and market risk across all relevant UK, European and Middle Eastern insurance businesses. Output: Development, review and evaluation of existing insurance risk indicators. Interim Operational Risk Manager

Senior Market Risk Business Analyst

A leading banking institution requires a Senior Market Risk Business Analyst for an initial 6 month period, to conduct analysis of the current applications and data flows within an interest rate derivatives and fixed income business. The trade/trade processing system utilised for this project is Calypso. Keys tasks will be to define user requirements, translate them into functional requirements and utilise process and data modelling tools to analyse and represent information effectively for business and technology stakeholders.The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Calypso and will be able to understand technical issues such as how you conduct configuration on reports and filters. You will also have extensive experience in financial instruments, including market conventions and valuation methods, together with Market Risk methodologies, best practices, current and anticipated regulatory requirements and the end-to-end workflows between the front, middle, and back offices.
